Congarinni Pony Stud was established in 1970 to produce quality and safe ponies for Gail and Graham Mayze's children and grand children. The first Welsh B stallion imported by Congarinni Pony Stud was Lechlade Scarlet Pimpernel. Fred passed away from a sudden illness a few years later on New Years Eve.

Gail and Graham sought the same bloodlines to continue their breeding program. In July 1982 Chamberlayne Don Juan (Fred's son) was imported to Australia .

Chamberlayne Don Juan produced such quality and temperament, he was used by some of Australia's leading Welsh Pony Studs over the years, his progeny are now scattered all over the country.

After his passing in 2005 Donny's offspring have taken over his legacy.

With the passing of Congarinni Harlequin in March 2010, Congarinni Astra Champagne is now standing and is offered for sale or lease to make room for our young colts by Harlequin.

Moondance has been started under saddle, she has had 3 rides and is going really well. Couldn't ask for anymore from her. Photo can be found on our facebook page and videos will be added to YouTube over the coming weeks as the ground dries out from tha latest downpour. She will be offered for sale in the next 6 - 8 weeks.

The last Congarinni Harlequin foals have arrived safely and even after his passing Harley has not disappointed with the quality and temperaments of his progeny. 3 colts and 1 filly, one pure welsh colt out of Chantilly Lace is outstanding as expected, the other three foals are out of our riding pony mares Royal Rose (Dam of BMW), Spring Fair (Royal show winner) and Contessa.

All foals are offered for sale and can be purchased on weaning or bought at foot with their dam.

They will still own Congarinni Rose Hill who is with Steve Gladstone and all the ponies Belinda & Nathan Williams have in Jamberoo, Congarinni BMW, Congarinni Rainmaker, Congarinni Moondance & Congarinni Dantella. These four ponies will only be sold to the best of homes only as they represent some of the best breeding Gail and Graham have developed over the years.

BMW has been going well at the last few shows of the season taking home 2 champions and a reserve show hunter galloway. We are really pleased Belinda has been able to get back in the saddle and reconnect with Buddy so well.
